I am getting audiofiles with low voice. I have tried with many softwares to enhance the sound but could not enhance the quality to the required level. Please any one help me to solve the problem. |

The electronic devices can result in some trouble while installing or while transit. I have asked my client to revert the product back and they will be replaced at the earliest. I am waiting till date to get the consignment back. I cannot come to Mumbai to have it picked. If the client on whose behalf you are posting this quote is asked to revert the products and take back the amount incurred upon is not responding then I cannot help. This is a humble request to not interfere with business matters on the forum or malign pointing anyone in particular

I do not have any such quotes to date on this forum just as the offensive you have made on the forum. If your equipment is not working, I have called you to courier back the product and it will be replaced and I have not yet received it. For a single piece or equipment, I cannot travel all the way to Mumbai to get it installed or find out what problem is occuring at your end. If you wish, you are cordially invited to visit my premises. In case you happen to be unsatisfied with the product, you Plz. return the equipment back and take away your money.

Dear xyz,
The forum is misused by some persons, if somebody is not interested in procuring any product on our end, what is the need for logoff to give suggestions whether I possess dictaphones or not. This is not a fun forum. As far as my business is concerned, i will head the way i like.

Hi crab,
what really is the problem with the sound booster? They are usually failsafe. They don't need much of installation too - unlike foot pedals. You put a jack in the computer and connect your headphones to the booster, power on and you are ON. Is the sound quality not good or what?

I am unhappy with the products as well as the service. More than 2 months after placing the order, I am still unable to make use of any of the above two products ordered by me. |

Do you really deal in amplifiers and other equipment like you said? I doubt so.....coz if you would, u'd not offend any member in the forum, especially a potential client. This way, your business is headed the other way mate. Logof is a regular here. There was nothing he asked to get you tripped and lose business.

Coming back to the subject of this thread. Long term, IHMO an external amplifier is a permanent solution to this. Additionally, I think you must've got one of the older versions of express scribe that you used and did not like. Try v4.10. It has some good features for low-volume files like backgound noise reduction, extra volume boost, and high pass filter, which actually work. Let me know if you have difficulty getting ES 4.10. It was not on their main server when I visited last.

Saanvi, you just lost a customer. I am India based. I wanted to get a few dictaphones to install in my clients' clinics in the US when I go there in this May. What is your problem - to give that offensive message?

You can simply add speakers with headphone socket infront to enhance sound. I am using it. It costs 150-180/-
