I AM SURE, TO GET ONE'S HARD EARNED MONEY, CAN GO UP TO ANY EXTENT.
We all know, to sustain in this Industry, we need to give our best quality and fastest turn around time (QUALITY & TAT is the term which describes it, but few actually know and follow the literal sense of the term). When not met up, it leads to situations where one has to lose jobs and payments, AND THIS APPLIES TO EVERYONE AND ANYONE IN THIS INDUSTRY.
FINALLY I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST, INSTEAD OF BAD MOUTHING OTHERS PLEASE TRY AND CONCENTRATE ON IMPROVING YOUR WORK QUALITY THAT WOULD BE MORE BENEFICIAL FOR YOU.
NOTE: Here in the forum, they dont even know the exact name of the company from whom they have claims, atleast name the company correctly, its not Space Informatics or Spacenet Infotech.

Dear Mr Sanjeev Verma:
I dont agree with you on your stand that if any of your employees wont meet QUALITY/TAT, they would have to lose the payment. At the same time, I agree that you have every right to take them away immeditely from your employment once you notice any lack of quality and TAT, but ONLY after settling their dues for jobs done by them for you.

Where are you till this day, if you are right you might have come right at that time, your topic was running for the many years from the old pliner forum. . Hi guys, please do not belive his stories. He is the number #1 fraud. He is talking about quality....cannt he judge quality in 2-3 days why he took upto a month or so.

There is nothing to hide about him. Sanjeev is a #1 420. I have many evidence to prove it. He wont pay you single paise, rather speaks nicely and tell "you will be paid". Broadman, when a person gets appointed for a certain job, that person accepts the responsibilities of that job, and is 100% responsible for it, correct?? Employer feels happy and proud of that guy. But due to some reasons if those responsibities are not taken care by the employee and company itself has to lose the job and they dont get paid. Then who do you think should bear the penalty?
Just Imagine, employer losing 100 Rs. and he has to pay the responsible person also, 50 Rs. that means employer is actually losing 150 Rs. in addition to that loss of future business.

What to Share Mr. Sanjeev, dont you know how much we suffered especially myself, i cried a lot. At first you responded, whenever i gave missed call 2 you, yourself called me many times and told that "you will be paid", but as the days passed no response, if i catch your wife Madhu through net she just simply pressed the ignore option. I want to be true, for Thirukuran you have give 500 + 1000rs as TA to search for a new office. Then when i called you that my son was so sick and i dont have signle money, i received 800rs but you told you have credited 1000rs let it be, then the balance??? and did you at least think of this lame guy who suffers with 2 kids after working a month for you without any source, investing from pocket for transport. Really Mr. Sanjeev (you know well i never used you name rather than SIR because of respect), now how many months passed think so...i dont know how you ppl are taking this very easy. Do you remember, i told you that i am going to get a computer to do hbt, so for the initial amount i was waiting for my salary, you appreciated and promised me that will be paid and go further and dont worry about order that you will give. Believing that went and booked a computer in HCL and waited for your response, but none...i know very well you wont care of this Mr. Sanjee..We really upset when i heard you went off without leaving any message to us from madurai, you told you tried but you couldnt get me, but do you remember around 12 0r 1 p.m., you called me and enquired about file status, but you did not inform me at that time too, just the evening we went and saw the places and morning we met around 8.30 and you told we will have an official meeting in new office, but around 11 oclock you took a car went to Taj Hotel in Chennai, the driver told me evening (you know the full day i was upset and stood near the Hotel Germenous, came around 8:30 a.m. and left that place around 9 p.m.) These and all where to share, please imagine my situation at that time, after that too i believe you a lot, but ?????? Still now what happend, DO ANYONE THING RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS IS NECCESSARY FOR TRANSCATION OF MONEY, I GAVE MY ICICI BANK AC THEN....with a single cup of coffee you have done a lot Mr. Sanjeev. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TALK.. Now am alright, MY MANAGER MATHEW NIXON takes care of me well am peaceful under him and I thank God of him.
THEN MR. Sanjeev, My story all knew who all are regular to pliner.net from the old forum, hope you are new to it..you know when i post that i saw many kind-hearted persons whom came voluteer to help me in this matter..and Again i wish to THANKS them all..

| If you think you are true, could you pay at least now, i got only 800 (1000rs) from you, i was in a salary of 12,000 at that time, leave it consider as 10,000 and could you at least pay me 9,000rs, R U READY TO DO SO, you wont...!!!!!!!!!! |

Sorry to read that Mr. Siva could not get his payment even when his kid was sick. Don't expect that he would pay now when he didn't pay when your kid was sick.
Most of us would have gone through this period.
Believe me, frauds will not find any skilled workers.
Thanks all of you guyz for informing about the fraud companies on this forum, right from its older version. Letz all work together and let the new MTs know about these frauds, at least hoping newcomers will not suffer. Let the frauds suffer. |

| Yes, what all NSK has said about Sanjeev Verma is 100% true. He is a cheater and #1 fraud. Do you remember me Mr.Sanjeev Verma? I was one among the many people in Madurai who had worked for you and had been waiting for you to credit the salary, but in vain, till now. It has been almost a year now. I am posting in this forum, so that atleast people in future might be aware of you and your wife Madhu's tricky cheating. We worked a solid two months for you, believing in your words, but did not receive payment till now. You had gone off from Hotel Germanus without even uttering a single word, when we were supposed to have a meeting the following day. All of us were really shocked by your behaviour. People, kindly be aware of him and his company. |

First of all, why u went without leaving any messages, you know my number and anitha's number very well. At least you may intimate to the reception people through a leter (hope they dont have paper or pen), but you didnt. You bluffed that an urgent call for you and you tried me and am out of reach, but that day your wife MADHU talked and enquired about the file status and asked me to finish it within 8 p.m and you called me around 1 oclock and enquired about the files.
I know why you went Mr. Sanjeev. In hotel when we are talking with you i asked you "do you know anybody other than us in Madurai" you told "no" then i asked about Valley Soft Johnson and his pending payment "then only you told that his quality was worse and cooked some stories and 85,000 was pending for him" C UNTIL PAYMENT OF 85,000 YOU DID NOT JUDGE HIS QUALITY.
Then around 9 a.m. i left you in hotel and went to work for YOU and you told Thirukumaran that you will call him around 12 p.m. but you left the hotel around 11 a.m. itself. I know the car driver (because of you he became my friend too) he told that you took his friend's car and went to TAJ in chennai...
Please YOU ALL know, if a family man who is the only source for his family (old parents, wife and two small kids of 5 and 1)was not paid after working for 45 days what will be his condition ????, that too daily spending from my own pocket of nearly 50rs for transport and etc..
Mr. Sanjeev, cannot even imagine the past...and also your sms stating that respect/love/trust and all are mutual things and it is not a matter...Good, from your lession now a days i wont trust anybody thanks. Workers are poor, dont cheat them.
Please understand ALL, am not telling to earn your courtsey or to bring your attention towards me, but am telling this to show Mr. Sanjeev's humanity, dont mistake me "Am a physically chanlleged person who is feeding for 5 individuals" this he knows very well. He has to pay 45 days of salary for us. Please imagine yourself how one could suffer with two small kids and including me 4 individuals could survey wihtout salary of 45 days..
But he is talking that he does not know anything...
OKAY IF HE IS TRUE, ASK HIM TO PAY FOR MY 45 DAYS (REDUCING THE AMOUNT, I RECEIVED FROM HIM THAT IS 800RS LET IT BE 1000RS AS HE TOLD)

Sad story. It is right that Shiva gets paid for work done. MT space is full of such misfortunes. One should verify through forums, websites, mt circles or other means whether the company one is working for is genuine, pays on time etc. before one starts working. Sanjeev Varma, you have not said anything about paying old dues!

Shiva, I know the full story, thats why i asked you to start it from since you were working with Meenakshi Transcription. Tell them how you got associated with Spacenet Informatics. If you dont remember i'll remind you.
Remember one thing its alsways easy to point out other's fault, and we seldom see/over look our own mistakes. However, I wont say that you have any mistakes or something. You were a pray to a situation. Infact not only you, all of you including me, my company and my work. Anyway... When I am here to discuss it with you lets talk about everything. |

Yeah Logof thanks a lot, i hope you clearly understand the situation. He is not coming to the point where we stand..It seems slilly to ask tell the story, tell the story, what story going on here. He is the Director of all.
See Mr. Sanjeev, as i worked as an editor in Meenakshi, it is unnessary for me too search for your association with Meenakshi it is upto management and you. Even after my death i cannot forgot you so there is nothing need for me to remind by you...I know all.
Leave all associations and all other things (please remember you have to pay for Meenakshi for using their systems, EB, net for 15 days, and also half month salary for employees worked there, after your assurance on feb 15th only they run the office for you and your work), the point is that we worked for you for 45 days, yet you didnt pay. All know, what you will tell finally.
Hi please all know, as we promised him to work without any stopage until he put a new office in Madurai, we worked in one of our editor's house, i worked from morning 8:30 to night 8 and she continues to work from 9 p.m. to full night. (i want to change 3 bus to reach her house) She had only one system so as he told he will pay for the rental system, we rented one system. As her house was somewhat interior they dont have broadbrand facility only Reliance net, that is per hour 20rs, no proper table, we used pillows to raise the keyboard and worked for him. he all knows that. He told EB will be paid, Net connection will be paid, and salary will be paid for all, but not yet she gave from her pocket. Meanwhile we found a space for office and gave them his number and both talked directly through phone and confirmed the place.
One bad morning he sms me, asking me to book a room and ask the receptionist to send a cab for him to Madurai Airport. I too went and did so. Evening he called us. I and one MT went and took him and showed the place which suit for office and also he asked me to search for furniture and computers, we too went there he talked with them and told he will come tomorrow. He dropped us around 6.30 in front of HOtel Germanus in Madurai and asked us to come tomorrow. We went and saw him around 8.30 or 9 a.m. after that only the above mentioned scene took place and he ran away around 11 oclock, then also he told he will send his ppl to distribute salary, but none yet now. I also gave him my icici bank ac so that if he put the amount we will share.
One thing, he cannot and should not talk here about the quality because he knows all in what circumstance we worked for him and where we worked for him and accepted, we have only FTP, thats all, not even drug index, as like that we worked for a month. if quality is worse he should stopped first week itself. but he took us upto a month. He came and ran away very next day without leaving any message.
He did not pay salary, did not pay for EB, did not pay for net (per hour) for a month. Ran away and now he comes and asks to tell the story.
Yet he is not coming to the point of salary, what he told "you will be paid" apart from that he is talking all.
Hi Guys you all well matured, reading this posting you may surely understand what is what..it is enough..

OK gentlemen,
After tons of brick batting and story telling and hearing...exactly how many persons would be finally getting their dues??
After all the sweet talk and all that, it only boils down to one philosophy at the end of the month: Line counts for the employer and proper returns for the sweat, blood, and tears for the medical transcription professional!
So instead of posting long-winded stories here which would lead to nowhere, why not you guys start posting your Bank A/C numbers and claims via PM so that it is easy for "Mr. Cleanchit" to clear your dues!
If and when your dues are credited to your accounts (??), start posting your comments - something positive.
Any takers??
