Hello forum members:
I need your advice.
One dedicated MT working for KK Infotech suddenly quit working in the first month citing illness. We agreed to pay him provided he serves us the notice period.
We agreed to pay him the same day he finishes his notice.
The next minute, he will have money reflected in his account whatever the amount is.
Now I request fellow members to go through this chat and tell me what should I do. I am still having mind to pay him irrespective of whether he serves the notice period or not, as he has abused my staff, me apart. My staff is more valuable to more to me than his paltry amount of 5000 odd.
Please justify.

KK Infotech, a unit based in Hyderabad is seeking MTs (inhouse/HBTs) for morning slot from 8 to whatever time the work is completed. For HBTs, we are currently offering 0.80 ps to Re. 1 depending upon the performance for MT work and for direct upload, the rate is Rs. 1.40. The rates are standard for a single HBT or a group of MTs.
kkinfotech_hyd (4/21/2007 1:04:31 PM): The direct upload status will be decided by our QAs after monitoring for about a month and the requirement is 98.5%+ in every file consistently and volume consistency. As far as the payment protocol for HBTs is concerned, for example, for the bill for the month of January 2007, it will be cleared before 25th of February 2007, i.e., within 25 days of raising the invoice. The deduction in the payment is 2.04% TDS. For the inhouse employees, the salaries (whatever is decided) will be paid on 15th of every month with deduction of Professional Tax. The MTs working for some few days and then suddenly quitting the work without informing will not be paid.

Any unit/company would not want to associate themselves with such a bad name. Even we do not want to, but MTs like mingle medical transcription with abusing mothers, courts, lawyers, funerals, which is totally unethical.
We have a base of 25 HBTs who are working full-fledgedly for many, many years now. Our payments if delayed would be a day or two, here and there, but will never be defaulted.
If any units who are members here read this post, please make sure to specify all these to HBTs/HBEs to avoid any further issues like this.
Many fake medical transcription companies have defaulted in their payments but then it should not harm the reputation of units and companies, which are on the contrary very dutiful on their part.

Hi all forum members,
Sorry for the delay in my reply as I have given KK Makaveli to pay me till 25th of this month. His time is over now. I was waiting for this KK Makaveli to catch on his chat IDs as yesterday he signed out without replying to me.
First of all I want to thank you from deep of my heart for compelling this KK **** to pay to me, especially desi funda, thank you.
Yes I accept all the things I messaged him are true and he deserves it. He has only said a little things we had on messenger but he has not disclosed what he talked me on phone. He used abusive language (mother gali) to me over phone but Mr. KK I consider deep from my heart your mother as my mother and credited all you galis to your mother's account and she happily and kindly accepted what her beloved son said. This is your professionalism you taught me on messenger and done on phone conversation.
Second thing it is not only 5000. I worked whole month for this KK up to 12:30 at midnight even though I got married six months earlier and used to log on early at 6 in the morning. I did 9343 lines during the month, which were not backed by any correction files and this KK and her QA tech appreciated my work a lot many times. As per KK advertisement the amount comes to 9343 rupees and listen KK I will not accept a single rupee less from you. I did a lot of hard work for you.
No such contract or any agreement was provided to me for notice period or I have signed any such agreement or contract. what is the use after letting me know of the contract after one month 20 days. This I can also give one paragraph that if people leave working with KK he will pay 10 rupees per line. This is of no use pay my hard work money.
I have not abused KK staff. He told me that QA tech is the owner so I just said hi to her and she signed out so I said bhag gayi kya, kaha tak bhagogi, paise do, mehnat ke paise do. This is not anything abusive I was demanding my reward for my hard work and this is my right.
I got admitted to hospital at night with 101 fever and diagnosed with jaundice. A day or two prior to this I took leave while working as I was not feeling well. KK you ask your QA and I told this to you also. As soon I got discharged the first time, I mailed KK about my illness. Still what he needs I do not know. I think before having illness one should inform KK a week prior that I will get admitted to hospital on so and so date. Thereafter if you are not well still you will have to work for KK. My email stating my illness serves the purpose of serving period.
At this time of my illness tune (KK) mereko bahop tadpaya hai. I have never hurt anyone in my life and I am living a very simple life. Mai tum logo ko dil se baddua deta hoon. KK too muh se langada hai na, hath pair se bhi hoga, wahi hagenga wahi khayega. tere bacche tadap tadap ke marenge. Tere QA ko baddua deta hoon. tumhare bacche tadap tadap ke marenge jaise main char din se nahi so pa raha hoon, tum log zindagi bhar nahi so paoge. Har sans me baddua deta rahoonga tum logo ko. Sincerely speaking, I am still willing to pay you your money in total if you serve the notice period as per my agreement. I will release half the payment if you agree to serve the notice period. And also, the provocative language you use for extracting language is totally unethical. You were not keeping well and I do not have any issues with that. When I asked you from when can you join back, you should have replied instead of arrogantly asking for money. Your money will be paid without any hesitation. I am still willing to clear your total amount as we have had no one having bad feelings for us. I will pay you half the amount provided you serve the notice period. As soon as the notice period is complete, we will remit you the total amount (the balance amount of March and the payment of notice period also). MTs should make it a point to call and inform in any case of not working. MTSOs too should note that they should withhold the payment of the employees who are not responsible in terms of informing for any issues. You came to me ten days later after your absence, Mr. Laxmikant. The total distribution goes haywire for units like us who are still finding it hard to get MTs even then, thanks to God, we are doing well. If you are still willing to serve notice and talk professionally instead bachche mare, khandaan mare, and all that crap, it would be really nice. And remember, learn to be frank rather than twisting issues. If you are not willing to serve notice, I will release half the payment and rest half will be withheld.
No company in India will pay any MT a single rupee if you leave the organization without informing.

This KK Makaveli mooh kala is a fraud man do not work for him. He does not pay for one month and want we people to work for him. How can one believe to him. In no case, i am going to type a single character for him. For listening and typing we are paid not given mother gali. If I am not paid for one month, do you people really think he is going to pay me for the next month also. Another thing he is not on his chat IDs what does this mean. It means he is a fraud.
I will expose this KK mooh kala upto national level.
